The intellectual property right of any information that can be acquired on the internet belongs to the owner of that information, without the public disclosure or license of the information owner, any browser of member or non-member can only browse and view and should not infringe the intellectual property right of the information owner, anyone who violates this rule should take the legal obligation himself / herself.

IndieCast.fm respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the member of the service to do the same. The member acknowledges that we do not allow the upload of contents that infringe on any copyright, property right, trademark or any other applicable right. At our discretion and in appropriate circumstances, IndieCast.fm may remove member's content submitted to the website, terminate the accounts of member or prevent access to the website / app by the member who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If anyone believes the copyright in his / her work or in the work for which he / she act as an agent has been infringed through this service, please contact IndieCast.fm for notice of claims of copyright infringement.

Article 4 - Termination of license

The member should agree that if the utilization behavior falls into any of the following categories, IndieCast.fm has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate this license and reserve the right for a lawsuit:

Any behavior that violates the law of the current resident place of the member.

Any behavior that violates general international communication regulations or practices.

The behavior when the operation or utilization of the member affects the operation of the entire internet service system of this website / app or the behavior of any direct or indirect damage of any other systems in the internet.

The behavior when the member use the service provided by this website / app to perform any illegal activities, for example, threat, infringement of other's intellectual property right, the sale of informal licensing software, porno disks or drugs, etc.

When the personal behavior of the member severely affect other's right, for example, the distribution of virus, malicious distribution of false comments, etc.

When the member does not follow the regulations of this article to do his / her duty.

Article 5 - Exceptions

For any behavior generated by the member due to the use of the internet service provided by this website / app, it only represents the point of view of the member and the member should take the full responsibility of it.
